Shipping and Returns

Shipping: 
  • Standard shipping rates up to $100, FREE shipping on orders over $100!
  • At this time, we ship to US addresses only.
  • You can expect your Lou Lou's Boutique purchase to be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • At this time we are not offering in-store pick-up for online orders as several of our online items are shipped from our warehouse. If you are local, feel free to stop by or send us a message to check if an item is in store.  
  • Sales orders will be charged shipping based on the purchase price. $8 for under $50, $12 for $50-$100, $16 for $100-$150, and $20 for over $150. 
Returns: 
All of our items are produced and stocked in limited quantities. Please be sure to read all item descriptions thoroughly, including washing instructions. To prolong the life of your garment, we recommend washing in delicate cycle and to hang dry.
  • We are only able to accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days from purchase.
  • Shipping charges for purchase and returns are the customer’s responsibility.
